Why are some prices £0?

Some of our items are not for Nationwide delivery and are a local service we offer. If a price is displayed at £0, it requires you to contact us in order to secure your booking.

Can everything be personalised?

All local services such as balloon set ups or balloon gifts can be personalised and tailored to suit your theme.

For shippable items (items with a price), they can only be personalised if the personalisation box is available.

How long do balloons stay up for?

Balloons can stay up for quite a while depending on their conditions. We will usually advise people on this depending on the style of balloon when ordering.

How long does a set up take?

Set ups can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2+ hours depending on the size of the display. Set up and take down is included with the cost. Takedown usually takes around 15-30 minutes.

Can you create a mockup?

All larger displays come with a free mock up service, usually within 48 hours of inquiring.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Our availability goes fairly quickly so the earlier you book, the more likely we will be available. We often get short-notice orders and while we will always try to accommodate, it is not always possible.

Do you accommodate dietary needs and allergies?

Yes, of course. When booking we will ask if you have any specific requirements, please let us know as far in advance as you can so we can arrange alternatives. This also applies to latex, if you or anyone attending an event has any allergies to latex, please inform us and we can make as many changes as possible.
